Natalie R. Bagley began her legal career at H&R in 2000. She is a member of the Management Committee. Natalie has been named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2026 Notable Women in Law list. The feature recognizes attorneys across Illinois who have demonstrated leadership within the legal profession and have made a meaningful impact within their practice areas and professional communities. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Speech Communication and minoring in Spanish, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Master of Arts from the University of Illinois Institute of Labor and Industrial Relations. Natalie was a Commissioner of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission in 2004-2005 and previously served as a Board Member of the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association (WCLA) as well as served as a member on the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission Rules Committee. She is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois (HLAI). Natalie is admitted to the Illinois Bar. She focuses 100% of her practice defending employers and carriers in workers' compensation litigation. She has also been retained as an expert witness in workers’ compensation matters.
