Natalie R. Bagley began her legal career at H&R in 2000. She is a member of the Management Committee.

Natalie earned a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Speech Communication and minoring in Spanish, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Master of Arts from the University of Illinois Institute of Labor and Industrial Relations. Natalie was a Commissioner of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission in 2004-2005 and previously served as a Board Member of the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association (WCLA) as well as served as a member on the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission Rules Committee. She is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois (HLAI).
Natalie is admitted to the Illinois Bar. She focuses 100% of her practice defending employers and carriers in workers' compensation litigation. She has also been retained as an expert witness in workers’ compensation matters.
